They enter water mill and inside is a large mound of a creature sitting on a small chair wearing layers of different colors over pale gray-green skin. The creature had a wide mouth with sharp teeth and long apelike arms and small stocky legs with tiny feet. Her eyes were jet black and she had long braided hair of many colors. She smiled and said, “So what has the Autumn King sent to me this day, and more importantly is it or are you tasty?”

She cocked her head slightly at the creature.

"It is a ting you could eat," she said, "if you wanted to. De broken heart of a child. De king asks only a minor ting in return. An ink pen? You know what it is I speak of, of course?"

"Maybe I do, maybe I did... you give it to me and I return what you ask, yes, yes?" the creature responded.
