Freehold of Minuit

Little Miskatonic Community College
A grand institution of learning located right on the Little Miskatonic lake just outside of Minuit. Home of the Old Ones football team, and a rather stellar cosmetology program. They also offer computer security degrees and have a respected Native Studies program.

Little Miskatonic Lake
The lake is a popular spot for fishing and water sports, rumored to be named after a tribe that lived in the area, it is a cold murky lake with a spotty history.

King Foods Orchards
Owned by a group of wealthy families that go way back in Minuit, parts are open to the public and is often a nice place to go for a picnic.
