She would blink, if she could. Instead she just stared at him. Was he expecting her to offer aid? Was it the expected thing for a courtier to do for their king? She did not know. She was still so new to this sort of thing, after all. Perhaps he thought the other courts, or freeholds, would give their aid to him.

The only trouble you find is a panicking Winter courtier. No real threat seems to be present.
