Tyrese is a young brilliant student in his second year of high school, his grades don't reflect his brilliant mind but his performance and understanding is easy for any teacher to see when he actually attends. His parents are not in the picture and is being raised by Redmane, his father is a drug addict and two-bit criminal and mother died an overdose when he was six. He is a fixture around the Mane Man where he works part time, but usually spends his time working on computers and engineering gadgets by himself. Lately the Fifth Street Kings having been trying to press him into the gang, despite the influence of Redmane the young man is in danger of following his father's path.

Dr. Hera Rudolph

Dr. Rudolph is a Woman's Study professor at Little Miskatonic Community College, she used to work at a larger university on the west coast but moved back home to be close to her family. She is in her early fifties and still youthful in activity, she enjoys running, yoga, and volunteering her time with the local high school volleyball team. She is a welcoming person and enjoys working with her students and empowering them to be better citizens of the world.

Jun is a second generation born of Korean parents, she can speak Korean but her fluency is not as high as her parents would like. She works at Biblos as a barista and is rather well liked. She attends the community college right now to keep expenses down as she works towards a business degree and then transfer to a larger school. She is good-natured even when dealing with mild micro-aggressions from the locals who assume she can't speak English or ask her where she is from and when she says New Orleans, they continue to drive towards the answer they want to hear.

Detective Pamela Nguyen

Detective Nguyen is working on her tenth year on the force, just having celebrated her her 33rd birthday. She started her work in Baton Rogue and then transferred out to Minuit for a change of pace. She is serious, focused, and does her best to try and put on a good face for the communities that distrust the police. She tends to work homicide mostly, but Minuit is small enough that she gets called in on all kinds of cases. She has seen some stuff here in Minuit and is skeptical of the supernatural but the stories she has heard and things she has seen pushes that sense.

Mr. Numbers

Knight of the Winter Court, Mr. Numbers is a legbreaker, ahem, fixer for the Queen of Crows. Tall and slim but packing great strength and a domineering personality, he isn't called in to give long speeches. When Mr. Numbers makes an appearance it is because someone has displeased the Queen and needs correction. Appearing to mortals as a tall dark skinned bald man with a deep voice and a steely gaze he is intimidating in either form.

Captain Jasper

A goblin in the Hedge, Jasper is a pirate merchant by trade dealing in dreams, tragedies, and illicit trysts. Handsome, or so he thinks, charming and always on the lookout for a deal his crew run the Goblin Market in the bayou of the Hedge. Jasper runs an above board operation, no killing, no cheating*, and no truths. When not running the Gobling Market he might be found on his river boat in the Hedge called the Tattered Dream... no safety guaranteed but he knows this region of the Hedge like no one else.

*The house always cheats.
