You can't just walk up to someone and stab them and do 4 lethal, but if you bind someone and then cut them in the orchard that counts.
Bind as in with a pledge? Or uh... ropes :?

Would we need to have a scene where we first find such a person and bind them with GM involvement, or would we assume that our characters manage to do so and then do the thing?

Likewise, and this is mostly to check so I don't have to take up resources without cause:

Would telling a Stranger a secret need to be with an NPC, or do PC's for that count?

So I plan on meeting with the 5th street kings today where exactly can they be found? I assume on 5th street but is that downtown? In the french quarter? What forum would be most suitable for finding them.
Ogre * Bright One * Crimson Knight * Giant * Brawler * Protector * Summer 4

Theme , "I don't do that any more, at least not unless I want to."

Downtown will be fine.

That is fine, it should happen on-screen.

I mean if someone came up to you and said hey I will grant you wishes just let me take a machete to your arm and you are cool with that... but seriously taking someone to inflict grievous physical harm for self-gain is at minimum a horrendous act that will affect their morality and sanity and will probably require more than just a hand shake top get someone to agree. It will all have to be on-screen.

This will be a Breaking Point and will probably inflict Clarity damage.

Sorry, I keep getting back to the Dream event. I want to make sure I know what I am doing:
Scour the dream: The client's dreams are intensity 10 to start. They feel extremely realistic, describe the discomfort you feel. As intensity lowers it will feel more hazy and disconnected. To lower intensity, roll wits+empathy+wyrd-intensity if it hits zero they wake up. Gain a dream point for each success

Dream psychotherapy: one night of dream therapy is worth a week of intensive psychotherapy. Roll wits+empathy+wyrd-intensity to help your client out. Each success is worth a dream point.
I am uncertain, because if the intensity starts at 10, that's a huge penalty to try to reduce it. I wanted to make sure that I was right.

Basically, most of us will be rolling a chance die. Which raises the question: what happens on Dramatic Failure for any of these rolls?

Scouring lowers intensity.
