I know it briefly was brought up in Discord a while ago, but what is the effect of Size on Stealth checks?

As per small-framed plus 2 to go unnoticed, -1 health at size four. As per changing breeds first ed, I will rule that to go down each size and that a cat is size 2 as per changing breeds. So plus 6 stealth, minus 3 health... you are sneaky!

I have roughly ten thousand questions about the commendation point ruling that’s been added. There doesn’t seem to be any context or limitations for what they apply to?

For example:

Gift Giving:
Mundane Item (1)
Magical Item, minor (goblin fruit, etc) (3)
Magical Item, permanent (5)

Can we gift anyone? only other PCs? only NPCs?
Do we need to have a thread where we give the gift in order for it to count?
Are there rules on getting and/or making gifts? Is there a minimum value for a gift to count? Does it have to be a physical item, or can it be a favour/boon (e.g. the benefit of a contract)?

How often can I do this? How big does the audience need to be to count? Am I required to create a thread?

On gift giving... it needs a thread. Npc or pc is fine. There is no rule on getting gifts. (As in no negative) Mutual gifting is encouraged. Favors or boons count as minor magical items.

Showing off, can be once per in game day. Thread is needed. Npc or pc, either is fine. Audience is at least one changeling.

So I can claim to own an infinite number of small, mundane objects and give them away to everyone I talk to, and each is worth a point?

Infinite seems a little much but sure having small gifts like polished rocks might work, but I will let Mirachaya have the last word.

That’s why I’m asking. If there are no rules about what constitutes a gift, then I might as well have an infinite number of them, because crunch-wise it’s the same thing as having exactly the number of tokens I want to have.
