[D3 EA - Walker's Gym] New Blood

[Craig Walker]

The gym opened late today a few regulars grumbling at the gates of the warehouse type building as Walker finally arrived after his morning coffee chat with a werewolf. The big man unlocked the big slide down garage style door and slid it up in one smooth movement "gimmie a minute ladies and gents and we'll be bangin and clangin in no time." He growled out as he prepared everything for use, carrying out heavy bags, and setting up any equipment that goes down.

In a matter of fifteen minutes he had everything ready to go and six or seven people filed in and got to work and soon enough the gym was full of the sound of sparing and weight lifting and Walker was keeping an eye on everything for now. He was dressed in his usual tight black work out shirt and black gym shorts ready to start mixing it up soon.

[Amber]

A glance, only slight and momentary, but it was enough to see the difference. Down the street aways she'd not yet been noticed, of course, but she was certain that was bound to change. Having found a room to stay in, just nearby, she'd been traversing the streets of the city. Standing among the others her V-neck covered by a leather jacket, dark blue jeans and boots. Holding a smartphone in her hand, a pair of headphones around her neck, she stood among the group waiting for Walker to open up.

Catching a few glances, she was too busy reading the sign and looking at the building to notice the others. However, they had all seemed to leave her behind when the doors opened.

When she followed, for her fellows, she would instead be seen for true. Flames, constrained to the form of a body beneath metal straps alike the kind found on olden day lanterns. Her form was constantly shifting underneath her constraints, with the exception of a human-like face made of flames just below the surface. When she caught sight of Craig, again, the flames had brightened somewhat. Perhaps, it was a smile? Accompanied, of course, with a short wave.

[Craig Walker]

Elementals were always easy to spot, they stuck out more than other kinds of Lost. Especially elementals of fire. The giant made of obsidian and magma returned the wave, he approached her and....curious, she didnt through off any vibes, not the heat of summer or flowery scents of spring like he expected. No she was either incredibly low in a court or court less all together. Very interesting.

He approached her a bit more cautiously "Hey there, dont believe I've seen you around before, here or in town. You might have gathered that the name's Walker, Craig Walker." His voice had maybe a hint of the local accent but it was clear he didnt grow up in the area.

[Amber]

"Like the name on the sign?" she said, a grin evident just below the flames because of the closer distance. With the grin came a flare, small albeit, of flame extending just beyond the constraints which kept her form. "Amber... is how you may refer to me. Don't have a last name, so I hope that you do not know many. For myself though I've just arrived, this morning, in fact. Been traveling for a time, and here felt like the next stop."

He grinned at the fiery woman extending a hand to her "Lucky for me you're the first Amber I've met, at least here in Minuit. You in town for the festivities? Otherwise you have some unearthly timing."

[Amber]

"It would hardly be the only thing," she grinned, the flames extended, "but yea," once more the flames dimmed, "I am in for the festivities. Seemed a chance to see what was in store here and what I might find. You a local from around here?"

[Craig Walker]

Walker shrugged "I dont know if I would say I'm local but I have been here for sometime. I wandered down here about 4 years ago give or take set up this shop about 3 years ago. It's a good enough place, enough people to be safe but not so many that you know who comes looking."

[Amber]

"Ah," she hummed, the crackle of a flame inserting itself into the sound.

Stepping around she looked about the gym, how it was arranged, what was nearby. As she did so she continued to speak, "Then you would know the people to know in this city? Being new in town, I would like to meet some."

[Craig Walker]

Walker shrugged again "well sure I could point you to some of them, the ones like us. Obviously the easiest introduction will be with the main man of summer I know spring alright but for autumn and winter you'll likely need to find other people to help." He rolled his shoulders a bit and stretched out his arms "So did you come here to chat or were you planning on working out?"

[Amber]

"I came here for you," she said, a smirk on her lips that he could see, though she was turned away, by the same flareup she seemed to have before.

"Of course, nothing so sinister or provocative. Merely, I saw you when I was walking on the street. New in town, you seemed the sort to know, and," she turned around to face him once more and shrugged, or seemed to, the flames made the subtle movements of her shoulders hard to trace, "well, I am not adverse to a little training now and again. Never came to a place like this though."
