Craig nodded as they reached the heavy bag "well try not to push yourself too hard on your first time or you actually might not be able to lift your arms. Walker lined himself up with the bag "alright now watch me as I do a few simple punches."

The big man squares up to the bag, dropping his right foot back and bending his knees "stance is important, dominant foot back, feet about shoulder width apart, knees bent slightly like this."

Walker then threw a couple jabs with his front hand and a cross that had considerable power "keep your wrist straight as you throw the punch, if your wrist goes limp you'll hurt it." He paused and began to walk towards some supplies and returned with what looked like a roll of tape. "Gimmie your hands." He said reaching out with his palm facing up.

Lily pulled her hands close to her chest and looked around nervously.
"Woh I'm not into that" she said shakily "pretty sure my hands taped together won't help me punch." She glances toward the door, already planning her escape out if she needs it.
Already on edge from her earlier encounters with the lost, her head jumping to conclusions

He gave her a thoroughly confused look and showed her his own wrapped hands that had wrap going from just below his wrist to cover his hands between his fingers but leaving the fingers bare. "Its a stability wrap helps keep your wrist straight and covers your knuckles so they dont bleed. Trust me you punch that bag more than a few times with nothing over your knuckles they'll be bleeding pretty bad."

Lily blushed slightly and laughed nervously
"Oh right, yeah totally knew that... Yeah"
She held out both arms, palm facing up.
She chided herself for being so on edge. If paying attention, one might notice her form suddenly relax as she has made a deep breath and forced herself to relax

Walker gently took her hand with his much larger one, his hands were jet black obsidian but were very smooth like glass but still quite warm as he grabbed the wrap and began gently but firmly wrapping her wrists with the cloth. His hands moved around expertly weaving in and out of her fingers with a deft hand.

He tied them off and checked them once over and tapped them "looks good, let's see what you got." Walker said stepping back and motioning for the bag.

Lily took a stance, definitely not correct but a stance all the same. She threw her fist at the bag but it didn't even move.

She looked over to Walker, hoping he wasn't going to laugh at her.

Walker looked and nodded, he'd trained a lot of beginners. He'd seen worse fighters, not by much but they existed.

He moved around the bag held his hands up and asked "may I correct your form?" Clearly asking if he had permission to touch her.

Lily nodded, feeling a little more comfortable with Walker, if just a bit. He didn't seem like a bad guy, but then again, bad guys never do.

Craig moved close and shifted her hips with a firm but still gentle pressure his hards were very warm, even through her clothing. His foot went between hers and kicked them into a better position. "There." He said nodding as he took a step back "it's not perfect but it's better. Remember to try and keep your weight off your heels and your knees bent."

Lily swung again, but again it wasn't even good enough to punch the bag. She growled lightly, a human growl but a growl all the same. She tried again quickly punching again before Walker could speak again, her hand barley making contact, slipping off the side of the bag and making her stumble forward.
"I guess it takes more than I realized to punch a fucking bag... Fuck I'm screwed"
