The power lets me know a subject's greatest fear (sorted out with the PC); along with any conditions/tilts associated with it, and change it to something of my choosing for the rest of the scene. Which has been done. The question we have now is essentially what that looks like mechnically; we've not figured out any conditions/tilts that would go with her fear, or how fear works mechnically in general in the game.

Either Insane or Insensate tilt... Does she have a panic attack or shut down? Ask the target as it is a pc. (pg 330)

A tag on question - is there tell/giveaway for contracts?

Depends if she activated it with a loophole, if that was a very obvious looking thing, or if the contract itself is very flashy. As Witches' Intuition is written I will rule this one as a no, there is no tell.

For recovering a point of willpower with the Scholar Needle; would dealing with anything Samantha did in the scene at the mansion (such as the mysterious photos) count as "Interact with and handle the unknown"?
