[Day 1 - LE] Studying for the Weekend

Being Queen is exciting and worthwhile but it also meant late nights studying, and the best place for TB was at Dunwich Hall usually pretty quiet at this time of night. Her and her friends Dustin and Clara were working on a group project, a presentation on the changes on the bayou due to natural and manmade causes.

At the moment the trio were taking a break chatting about what trash pandas and sharing dank memes when a flyer caught her eye and she approached it while the other two watched a cat video… a study on psychic phenomena? Was this for real?

Eliza had heard the rumours of some kind of study on the psychic. To her, it meant one thing; easy to sway emotions. In her new black haired stye she decided to attend; it would be a good meal place before going to the swamps.

She noted that someone else was there, and someone of importance to. It wasn't what she wanted to see

If the queen takes all the emotions I will be annoyed.

The girl approached, not making any sounds but not trying to sneak up on her, looking for whoever was running this study.

Triss turned and said, “Oh did you see the flyer?”

She pointed at it and added, “It seems kind of fun, seems like a silly study but a free gift card would be so cool. Oh, I am sorry the name is Triss but everyone just calls me TB, nice to meet you.”

Luckily enough the office was down the hall if they wanted to attend the study.

"Leah." The girl offered in introduction, deciding to use one of her other names. Her accent seemed very New Yorkish in nature, although her very neutral tone didn't make it obvious. She did try to restrain the very obvious feelings of cold and ice around her at least, but it wasn't the easiest thing to do.

"I heard about it, and thought it would be an interesting thing to see. Thus, I am here. I didn't think about the gift card if I'm completely honest" there was a small shrug, it was hard to tell if the girl was just bored or didn't care. Maybe both, maybe neither.

"Shall we go? I'm new to the area, so I don't know my way around."

“Yeah it should be just down the hall,” she waved to her friends and let them know she would be back in a bit.

TB added to Leah, “So you think psychic stuff is real?”

There was a nod to the friends that were being left behind and she walked alongside TB, her hands in her black jacket pocket.

"Yes. Psychic stuff is completely real. Whether it is within the reach of people gathered here is another question, one I'm quite interested to discover. Do you believe in it, TB? If so, are you not concerned with what they might see if they study you?"

[Dapper Dog]

“See in me?” she seemed surprised at that.

“I mean there is weird stuff out there, but I guess I am not sure what they are looking for. Guess we will find out,” she said optimistically.

The room was a large classroom with some people already seated at tables with some questionnaires in front of them. At the door was a young dark haired woman in jeans and a sports hoody zipped up to give an eyeful of her bountiful cleavage. She smiled and said, “Hi, if you are here for the study, take this questionnaire and find a spot and fill it out.”

"Who knows what a psychic can see, other than those who can see it" Leah shrugged, entering the classroom and looking around.

"Never been in one of these this big before" she commented idly at the classroom, then turned to look at the girl offering paper to fill out. Leah accepted one, and took a pencil, nodding and saying "thank you" before moving to the side and seeing where TB chose to sit. Reading some of the questions as she did so.

TB found an open seat and looked at the sheet.

The sheet had the following Questions:

Leah gazed over the sheet with an expression that almost appeared curious. Almost.

She looked at TB, moving to sit near her and saying "I think they had fun with these questions. What do you think?"

She took a small peek at the questions on the other girls sheet to see if they were the same.
