[D3 EA - Walker's Gym] New Blood

At that moment Lily walked into the gym. She was already dressed for her workout in yoga pants and a tank top. She saw Walker in the ring with someone she didn't recognize. She held her hand up in a wave to Walker when she caught his eye, but quickly moved over to the punching bags, ready to practice what he had taught her the day before.

[Craig Walker]

Walker chuckled "not always about the size I am big but I'm also pretty good at what i do." Walker wasnt known for his humility but he at least could back it up. He waved to Lily briefly before he went back to the fight.

She put up a good defense but he came at her like a wave of flame unyielding and ferocious. He slipped past her defenses into another body slam "sure I can set up a meeting with the summer king if you'd like. I dont know spring too well but I've seen her around." He said while he had her pinned. He let her up and backed up ready to go again. "Autumn you can usually find at his book shop Biblios and winter....well I dont interact with her much and that's on purpose."

[Amber]

"I would appreciate it if you would," she said, coming in for a final bout. Dancing around him she tried to tire him out just enough, forcing some parity between them and then, just for fun, she went in strong. Matching, getting a superior foothold to what she'd been able to find previously and held fast. Not able to push his position, but not giving away her ground either.

She grinned, when holding that ground, it was the furthest she'd manage to do. "I think I'm starting to get the hang of how to deal with you," she chuckled, the flames flaring as she did. Locked in that last moment of the struggle.

[Craig Walker]

He laughed as she held her own and broke the grapple standing he clapped her on the shoulder "You're alright Amber, your welcome here anytime. You wanna train you pay like everyone else but people like us well they get a special rate." He said with a smile.

He walked over to the corner and grabbed a towel wiping sweat from his brow "As for the meetings I can set you one up with Redmane tomorrow if you're free, sometime in the afternoon."

Lily started on her workout, stretching a bit before practicing her stance and hitting the punching bag. Her ears were trained on the conversation in the ring. She had of course heard of the kings and queens of the courts but frankly the idea of other lost on her level made her uneasy, let alone royalty. She had seen this Redmane they spoke of at the broil the other day, but did her best not to interact with him.
If a nice guy like Walker doesnt like the winter court queen, then she must have done something. Best to stay away from her. Lily thought to herself, focusing back on the red bag infront of her

[Amber]

"I'm always free," she said with a smirk worn brightly. Walking over with Craig she now noticed the entrance of the other, casting a casual smile in her direction.

"Anyway," she looked to Craig, "should I just come by here tomorrow then? Same time or earlier?"

[Craig Walker]

"If you want to meet Redmane, the Summer King meet me at the Mane Man, it's a barber shop not too far from here actually. Just down the street take a left go about two blocks and you're there. Meet me there a little later in the afternoon around 3 o clock should be good." He said with a friendly smile he continued jokingly "and if you ever want a rematch I'm here most mornings opening up shop, you can sometimes catch me here at other times but mornings I'm almost always here."

[Amber]

"I'll topple you yet," she said with a brimming confidence. "You can expect to see me again. Any.. training fee's associated with the occasional bout? I'm not the kind to," she let her voice trail, "I don't have much money and the like. Just enough to keep me afloat from town to town. Still, I'd like to take up the challenge again. See if I can't outdo you once or twice."

[Craig Walker]

Walker thought for a moment and then smiled "You just want to come by and get thrown around every now and again I suppose I wont charge you for it." He said in a friendly open voice "wish I could offer the place for free but maintience costs and all that gotta keep the lights on and such." He'd seen lost in her situation before and it was unfortunate but the world was what it was. "But if you decide later that you want to work out and train here we can work something out, as long as younarent too proud to push a mop."

[Amber]

"I won't be the one always getting thrown around," she said, putting a finger to his chest, though the flames seemed to move and change the pressure he'd feel against him was defined. Not unlike that of a person, the feeling was, but her form, the flames, they were far warmer than that of the average prod.

"You'll see... today I was just distracted. You had the upper hand is all."
