Any and all rumors will be posted with the weather of each day.
To start a rumor, roll Manipulation+Streetwise in your private forum and message a ST the general gist of what you want the rumor to be. Remember communication isn't perfect and sometimes meanings get a bit lost in translation.
To track gossip back to the source roll: Wits + Investigation(number of successes needed equal the successes listed on the gossip)
