Character Creation

We will be using Changeling the Lost second edition. Base creation rules. (no extra xp)
Dual kith is allowed with ST approval
Fighting styles are allowed from first ed (the 1-5 dot merit ones)
any other merits/flaws from 1st ed are on a case by case basis and will be added here as people ask, feel free!
