He had only taken part of originally for the feeling of camaraderie that was missing in his life. Being stuck alone with just that man was fun, but it was only in sparring moments of him regaining consciousness that any meaningful dialogue was gained. It didn't amount to much, and it meant almost nothing to him otherwise to see him. Glimpses of false hope in taking time, awaiting for his self to return from the mental wasteland of what remained of his mind.
The others were different. They had gone thru what he had in some capacity, and although the end results of his escape was most assuredly a different experience from them, it was helpful to have someone to talk to about it.
Coming over, he made sure to pick up some pastries. He was always taught to bring something over when he was meeting people. So, he stopped by and picked up some beignets, because that seemed like the right thing to do at the time. He knocked on the door, but found it open as he entered. He wasn't sure what to do here. He simply shrugged and entered in, placing the beignets on an empty table. It seemed...quaint. Maybe a bit cluttered. Some things on the wall he wasn't even sure of, to be honest, as well as some black small statue with it. "Mina, you alright? I let...uhhh...let myself in."
The black tower began to light up and shine brightly as a womanly voice began to speak from it. "Playing Let Me Be Myself by Three Doors Down." And suddenly, music began to come from the tower, blaring out and causing him to jump widely from it. "No, I di--didn't ask for music! What in the hell are you?!" A sheer look of panic came on his face as he approached the tower, and began to light it up to fumble it around. "How do I turn you off?!"
