[D4 EA] Breakfast at Sweethearts (Chantelle’s Apartment)

"I do need to speak with her." he agreed. "I'm not sure any ID will convince anyone that I'm not still a child."

[Chantelle Rossette]

"Mais, we'll 'ave to be careful, den," she smiled.

[Jack Doyle]

"Of course." he nodded. "Can I take some measurements, for your shoes?"

[Chantelle Rossette]

"Of course, mon petite, wha' do I nee' to do?"

[Jack Doyle]

"Just sit there." he answered. Hopping down from his seat, Jack took out some twine and used it ho take measurements. He quickly, ut carefully repositioned her feet as necessary and was soon done.

"Is there a material you'd prefer? Color?"

[Chantelle Rossette]

"Wha' if I gave you my favourite pai' of shoes to use as an example? Woul' dat wor'?"

[Jack Doyle]

"Sure. I could use them as a template." he nodded. "That should work well."

[Chantelle Rossette]

"Mais, follow me," she rose, beckoning to the elf doll before leading the way to her bedroom. Chantelle opened the closet, revealing a number of slinky cocktail dresses she wore for work, and a dozen plastic shoeboxes stacked neatly on the floor. Settling herself in front of the boxes, she began to sort through them. She pulled out a box, opening it, changing her mind and setting it aside; then another, and another. Humming thoughtfully, she pulled out a much larger box, and a mid-size one, but also put both aside. Finally, she opened one more box, offering it to Jack, "'ow abou' dis?"

"I can do something like that." he nodded. "Shouldn't be too hard."

[Chantelle Rossette]

Nuzzling the end of her beak against Jack's temple, "you an angel, dank you, mon petite."
