Freehold of Minuit

Craig made his way to the Mane Man figuring he would catch Redmane before he went to go talk to the Kings, he was wearing his bullet proof vest and had his gun on his hip and a baseball bat in hand. He walked into the shop and set the bat down in the corner nodding to the regulars and the other workers.

Redmane saw the ogre girded for war and gestured for him to step into his office. Once inside he said in a serious tone, "What's the sitrep?"

Craig responded in kind military training taking "Boney Louise is dead sir, OD on a new drug that's making it's way around the Freehold. Gray, an autumn changeling, did recon on Boney's apartment and found the body and a strange rock that smelled of Arcadia. Gray also said that Boney's mein was all messed up like he couldn't see it. Had a meeting with Alsuf and Alsuf said that the Kings were likely the ones pushing the drug. I intend to find out who their source is. Violence is not my intention but dealing with them it would be foolish to not be prepared."

"The Kings have had it coming for awhile, you need backup?" Redmane said seriously.

Craig shrugged "I hope not, like I said goal isn't violence here but I never turn down back up when going into a possibly hostile scenario. Besides, you know I only have one negotiating style and when it fails things usually get violent." Craig wasnt one for pretty words and deals he was much more of a blunt instrument of intimidation.

"I'll call Bennie One Eye, he's a bit... well he is reliable," Redmane replied.

"It would be appreciated sir, you haven't heard anything about this stuff have you? I mean it has to come from one of us or a hobgoblin or something." Craig wasnt an investigator but he was hoping a man in Redmane's position might have more info.

"I think the Spring court has encountered it, the big one, Al?" he countered.

"If it is as bad as you say we need to get it out of Minuit."

"Yeah, I figured they might know something about it. I might have to talk to then some more about it when he gets back." If anyone knew about new drugs it would be spring courtiers. "If I can do anything about it I will."

"That's exactly what we need around here," he said proudly.
