The metal grating slid up opening the gym for the day as the sun just began to kiss awake the town. Inside a large man could be seen setting up heavy bags, carrying one on each shoulder as he piled them up and then began hanging them up. Music flowed from the open warehouse door.

After Craig finished setting up all the equipment he got to his own work out starting a circuit workout running from station to station doing various exercises that challenged his whole body.
